Permission Forms: Prior to participating in any athletic events, the following forms must be completed and turned in: Physical Permission, Student Code of Conduct, Parent Code of Conduct. To acces these forms, click on the following link. Permission forms and Code of Conduct
Volunteers: WWA's athletic program is run through the help of parent volunteers. For each home game, parents volunteers are needed for the following areas: Score Book, Clock, Concession Stand, Set Up, Clean Up. Parents of students participating in athletics are expected to help cover these needs during the season in which their child is participating.
Eligibility: Weekly eligibility requirements must be met in order for students to represent WWA through athletics and other competive activies. Eligibility guidelines are posted in the Parent/Student Handbook and contain academic, attendance and behavioral expectations. Be sure to review these requirements before each season.
Questions: For questions regarding WWA's Athletics program, please click on the appropriate sport or the Athletic Director link in the Contacts section to the right.
Soccer: Faith Christian home soccer games are played at Long Lake. Lincoln plays at Two Roads High School. WWA will be hosting games at Witt Elementary & Moore Middle School. Please see schedule for details.
Volleyball & Basketball: All games are played on site at each school.
To help our students focus on academic priorities, students must maintain their grades in order to represent the school in competitions or after school functions. Activities for which eligibility must be maintained include school sponsored sports, Fine Arts Competitions, Spelling Bee, Future Cities, debate clubs, 8th grade spring trip, etc. Any student whose grades include 2 or more D’s or 1 F will be ineligible. When a student is academically ineligible, he or she may regain eligibility provided his/her grades meet eligibility requirements at the end of each week when weekly eligibility is posted. Any student who serves Friday School, full day In-House Recovery or is suspended will be ineligible for at least the first game/event from the service date(s) and/or 5 days thereafter. A student’s attendance must be “In Good Standing” and he/she must attend school at least 75% of the day of the game/event in order to participate. Being ineligible will not keep a student from participating in activities such as the Holiday Party, classroom school field trips, monthly Middle School activities, dances, etc.
WWA uses a "Run a Done" policy. There are NO revisions or changes after the eligibility report is run.
